We are excited to share that LCS has welcomed Kevin Garrett back to the team as our new Vice President of Operations. With over two decades of experience in construction, workforce education, trade management, and volunteering with non-profit organizations, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our full-service, self-performing General Construction firm. His focus on workforce development and mentor leadership is a huge asset to our team, and we are thrilled to have him on board.

Before joining LCS, Kevin served as the CEO and President of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Southern California for six years, where he led a six-member executive team. He managed financial oversight, risk mitigation, program planning, PR, marketing, and fundraising. Prior to that role, Kevin was the Executive Vice President for David Crowell Electric for two years, where he oversaw operational and logistical initiatives for large-scale construction projects.
At LCS, Kevin previously served as the Electrical Division Manager for five years, working closely with clients and stakeholders on commercial and industrial projects in healthcare, green energy, advanced manufacturing, life science, data center, and space industries. He was responsible for managing the entire project, from financials to project management, estimating, forecasting, design-build, and pre-construction services.

We are confident that Kevin’s return will positively impact our construction operations, and we look forward to all that we will accomplish together.
