LCS
welcomed clients, colleagues and industry partners to celebrate
Christmas and our 20 year anniversary as general contractors

those interested in selecting LCS as their future laboratory
and technical facility constructors and consultants – and
allowed the guests to network among themselves and with key
architects and engineers.

LCS Receives ABC’s Prestigious STEP Diamond
Award
July 8 , 2011
LCS was recently awarded the Safety Training and Evaluation
Process (STEP) Diamond Award. The program, through the Associated
Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), is a training program
with a goal to help general contractors measure progress from
year to year in order to create safe and productive workforces.
The program supports general contractors track progress, areas
needing improvement, and offers special recognition for companies
achieving outstanding safety records.
The STEP Diamond Award is a prestigious safety award presented
to 26 companies throughout the nation for 2011. ABC will
issue 516 various safety awards this year, and only a handful

sites and maintain excellent EMR ratings; for the past two
years – 2009 and 2010 – LCS has worked without
any recordable incidents. Congratulations to each LCS team
member for their participation and support in achieving this
distinguished award as well as maintaining safe work sites.
