ELECTRICIAN/SERVICE TECHNICIAN - SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA -
LOS ANGELES / ORANGE
LCS Constructors, Inc. (LCS), an established, innovative,
market-leading specialty construction firm based in South Orange
County, is seeking an Electrician / Service Technician for
an important client base including Fortune 500 companies. Our
projects include large turn-key design and construction of
laboratories and technical facilities for a variety of industries.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety is the #1 concern of LCS
- Perform small electrical projects; including help with
bidding, ordering material and proforming the installation.
- Perform fume hood maintenance and air flow testing (i.e.,
motor change-outs, fan change-outs, duct change-outs, air
flow testing and fume hood repairs).
- Install and calibrate air flow monitors.
- Manage company van stocking and maintenance.
- Perform T&M projects and invoice clients.
- Manage all paperwork related to fume hood reports and
T&M
projects.
- Communicate services which LCS can provide to our clients.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A clean driving record is very important
- Computer skills are a plus
- General knowledge of laboratory construction
