Project Description: 31,036
sq. ft. two-story concrete tilt up. Banfield veterinarian
clinic, university classrooms and offices. Design-build
project from initial concept design, city entitlements,
civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering,
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and plumbing
engineering, and casework all performed under the LCS contract.
