Roper builds and tests analytical gas detection devices for Gas Chromatograph type equipment.
LCS installed the stainless steel piping system (20,000 LF) for multiple gases including H2, He, O2, Ar, IA, and Air, and the installation of the laboratory casework, fume hoods and exhaust.

Start date: 11/21/05

Completion date: 4/30/06

Size : 100,000 sq ft build-out with 20,000 sq ft of laboratory

Project details:
Existing tilt-wall building renovation, with laboratories, mechanical room, bottle yard, warehouse and office space
