Project location:  Santa Fe Springs, CA

Project Description:  Demolition of four existing structures and the planning, development, design, and construction of a new ground up 7200 square foot block facility consisting of office, sample testing lab, and dry storage warehouse space.  Project was completed utilizing a phased approach as occupancy was required during construction.  Facility will be used for the distribution of chemicals to support local oil field operations.
