Project Description
LCS is serving as the design-build program manager for the 27,000 square foot tenant improvement of a new analytical testing laboratory and administrative facility for SGS’ Oil & Gas and Chemical Division. The project includes extensive wet chemistry laboratories, multiple fume hoods, hazardous storage areas and a knock engine room. Additionally, as exterior cylinder gas storage area (with containment pit) was added to the existing structure and pads poured adjacent to the structure for custom designed hazardous storage trailers.

LCS has been working with Christie Digital on a series of projects which have included both expansions and renovations. LCS has completed renovations of the first and second floor restrooms, as well as the reception area restroom, renovation of the Coffee Bar, replacement of the first and second floor doors/frames/glazing, Chart Room, GIS Conference Room, a new generator, Building #1 and #2 exterior improvements, ESBU renovation, Executive Area and Executive Conference Room renovation, Executive Restroom renovation, Senior Staff Offices, HR area renovation, Prep Center, Repair Center, replacement of skylights, second floor Break Room renovation, Test Bed, Warehouse Corridor, Warehouse Office, Elevator Cab renovation, State Room and renovation of the Main Lobby and Conference Room.

Project Description
LCS is serving as design-builder for this 17,000 square foot tenant improvement of Neogenomics’ complex genetics laboratory servicing the anatomic pathology and oncology markets. The project includes laboratories for cytogenetics, flow cytometry, fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH), immunohistochemistry, and molecular genetics. The build-out also includes office and support areas in addition to the technical laboratory space.
